Feed the Cats is an essentialist, minimalist, high-velocity system of training sprinters. Uninformed coaches believe Feed the Cats training only applies to the short sprints. They are dead wrong! All my sprinters are 400 runners. I've coached 14 All-State 4x4 teams in the last 25 years. This presentation explains how this is possible.
